rises like a drone over Burj Khalifa.People buy gifts, upgrade wardrobes, buy electronics, order corporate gift sets and bundles.
This is the time when even average ads turn profitable, and strong ads make enough money for the entire upcoming year.
What is happening in the market right now
If you live or work in Dubai, you see it: the city wakes up.
Traffic grows, malls fill up, couriers look exhausted from the flood of orders.
Which means
everything connected to e-commerce is rising.But competition rises too.
Businesses that “woke up early” are already warming up audiences and taking the best spots in the feed.
In a couple of weeks, ad bids will shoot up.
And in about a month and a half, this entire wave will collapse until next year.

Why ads don’t pay off (and how to fix it)

Here is the answer.
Most store owners think the problem is the marketer, the budget, or the algorithms.
In reality, it always comes down to
math and system.Weak funnel + no CRM = up to 60% of profit lost.
Example:You spent $2,000 on ads and earned $8,000.
Good.
But with a proper
CRM for online stores, with automated emails and
repeat purchase automation, you wouldn't make $8,000 — you’d make $12,000–$13,000.

How I build a system “based on profit, not hope”
For
Instagram ads in the UAE to generate profit, they must run by system, not luck.
I use three steps that turn chaotic ads into a predictable growth machine.
Step 1. Define the entry point — who you actually sell toNot everyone at once.
Dubai’s audience is mixed: Emiratis, residents, expats from India, Russia, the Philippines, Europe.
If you show the same ad to everyone, you are shooting a shotgun at the sky.
You must speak to a specific group.
For example:
- “Corporate gifts in the UAE” — one funnel.
- “Premium men’s shirts” — another.
- “Gift boxes for corporate clients” — a third.
Each of them needs its own language, offer, and posting time.
Step 2. Control unit economicsNot glamorous, but without it you won’t earn anything.
I always calculate “cost per purchase” and “cost per customer” before spending on ads.
If you don’t know how much you can afford to pay for one customer,
you are in a casino, not in business.Step 3. A system for repeat salesThis is where the real money hides.
The first order does not make you rich.
What makes you rich is
the second, third, and fourth order from the same customer.
And without CRM and automation, you simply lose money.
Customer buys — and disappears.
But you could:
- offer an upsell the next day,
- remind them a week later,
- send a holiday-gift email before New Year.
This is real marketing, not guesswork.
How to increase profit in a small Dubai business
Small businesses in the UAE often hit a ceiling without understanding why.
