
I usually see the same picture: you’re grinding in the UAE, the service is solid, the product is solid — but the advertising does whatever it wants. Classic situation where targeted advertising for business in Dubai is technically running but in practice isn’t being managed or scaled.
The dashboard looks nice. The numbers are depressing. And then the favorite game begins: “Maybe the algorithm just needs to warm up…” Usually at this point nobody does a proper targeted advertising audit and nobody figures out exactly where the money is leaking.

And yes, there was one segment that returned zero:

Here’s the important part. We don’t have a culture of “let’s squeeze it another couple of days.” Not working — we turn it off and move the money to what is working. That’s the basic principle of ad optimization in e-commerce and proper budget management.
If your week currently looks like “spent — prayed — spent again” — I have bad news. Without control and proper targeting setup, this will keep repeating over and over.
